The very last company car trip.

We’re done.

My loyal companion for the past 2 years made his last trip to Toyota Allee in Cologne yesterday under my direction.

A great car, this RAV4 with all the little amenities that you quickly get used to. I miss him already.

The return was appropriately recorded by a TUEV-Sued person and the (rather superficial) damage recorded for posterity.

And because we have known each other “across the street” at Toyota for many years and the company car dept. had recognized that I now drive a small Yaris P1, there was a small pin with the P1 silhouette from a forgotten drawer.

Thank you Mr. S. for this trinket!

Of course, there was also the opportunity to put the (Covid-compliant covered) nose into the office again, where 2 dear colleagues and my ex-boss (!) were already waiting for me. Many Thanks! I really enjoyed that!

So the “casino” was visited again for a nice (Covid-compliant) lunch before another (also ATZ) colleague from Dortmund kindly drove me home.
